iPray - Canvas Bracelet

I love almost all of your merchandise, but sorry, this one is awful, especially for the price. Nevermind that it's poorly made, unnecessarily stiff, and bulky; the real shame is that the lettering is NOT as clear and bright as in the picture. In fact, it's hardly there at all, spotty, and looks like someone took a sponge brush and cheap acrylics to brush it on!

My suggestions would be:
1. use a more expensive (read: less bulky and stiff) webbing base.
2. either use an embroidery machine to sew the lettering on or use metal/ceramic/cloth --- whatever --- lettering secured to the bracelet. Something people can easily read and will last.

I would be willing to purchase this bracelet again if improvements were made.
